Our service
Restitua is a consumer-claims consultancy. We help private individuals understand their consumer rights, assess potential claims for refunds or restitution, and prepare and pursue those claims. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated legal representation; where a matter requires that, we will tell you.
No guaranteed outcome
We will always be honest about your prospects, but we cannot guarantee any particular result. An assessment that a claim is worth pursuing is an opinion based on the information available, not a promise of recovery.
Fees
The first review of your situation is free. Any fee for taking on a claim is agreed with you in writing before work begins. You will never be charged a fee you did not see and accept in advance.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, complete information and to tell us promptly of any change. We rely on what you provide; we are not responsible for outcomes affected by information that was incomplete or incorrect.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the matter concerned.
